2005 Toyota Camry Headlight Assemblies

I purchased 2 sets of headlights for 2 different 2005 Toyota Camrys. I also purchased 1 set for a 2000 Toyota Camry and 1 set for a 1997 Saturn. The catalog finder did not ask if the 2005 was a USA or Japan built. Upon arrival I found the light only had 3 bulbs not 4 which were for Japan and I needed USA built. I was instructed to return at my expense of $63 for return freight. AutoLightsBulbs blames the problem on the Amazon catalog finder and will not refund return freight charges.
