great product if you use the 3rd row seats

Great design and protection, but note that the mat is partially split down the middle to accommodate the 3rd row seats. If you plan on placing wet or dirty items in the cargo area then be aware of this design feature. This design is perfect if you plan on folding up and down the 3rd row seats, but if not then consider a 1 piece cargo mat which might protect the underlying carpet better.

Fits perfectly

This cargo liner is being used in my 2013 Highlander. I purchased this cargo liner because I wanted something that would work with the 3rd row split seats. This liner allows me to put one seat up, or both without having remove the cargo liner like all the other liners on the market. It has a type of Velcro material that sticks to the back of the 3rd row seats which makes installation simple. When you decide to fold up the 3rd row seats, the liner stays attached on the back of the seat. The only downfall I discovered after 2 months with this cargo liner is that because it works with the split seats, there is a gap between the two seats in the liner so be careful not to spill liquids. Just like the original mat, this mat must be lifted out of the way to access the storage compartment underneath. This is exactly the mat I was looking for to protect my cargo area from everyday wear and tear without the hassle of removing it every time the seats need to be pulled out.

this liner is very versitile you can have any combo of rear seats up or down.
the plactic is non skid so your cargo tends not to roll around as much. Spill proof which is good if you have kids sitting back there.
It was an easy install took minutes to install, it takes a while for the plastic to get broken in but it works great, doesn't fall off or anything. Would recommend this over the mat that comes with the vehicle which is useless unless you don't plan on using the back seats and keep them down all the time, which was not my case.
