1Adjustment screws are junk
By David Horton
The set of lights look good but are cheap junk. The lights came from the factory set to point straight down on the road.
I tried to adjust gently because there is a warning to be careful as you adjust the screws. I tried to adjust the lights at night time against a wall so i could see the lights as they moved up or down. I turned and turned on the screws and the lights never moved. Now i probably broke something on the inside and there not going to take back claiming i over turned the screws. Now I am stuck with lights that light up 5' in front of my car. Did I say cheap junk.

5Very nice

My daughters Impala looked terrible with the old hazy lenses. I tried in vain to polish the lenses with a restore product but that was a dismal failure. I recommend putting black Permatex (Non-hardening) gasket sealant on the round dust covers that are on the back of the light assembly to ensure a water-tight seal.
A little dremel tool or a raspy file will aid your assembly when you put the plastic retaining clips on these new light assemblies. A handy person will have no problem massaging the assemblies in place for an excellent fit.
I took the Impala to the car-wash to test the waterproofing of the lenses and discovered that they did exhibit a little moisture in both of the lens assemblies but turning the lights on low beam then high beam for a few minutes cleared them right up. One week since installation and all but one day of rain and all is well and the lenses are clear.

I recommend this product.

3Got My Money's Worth
By A. Mueller
As the old idiom goes, you get what you pay for with these lights.

Fitment: 3/5
Quality: 3/5
Service: 4/5

Value:
These replacement lamps are ridiculously cheap and include bulbs and covers.

Fitment:
The plastic molding was slightly off on one unit, making installation difficult. I had to use a dremel and file to clean up some edges to match the factory units. Post-dremel, easy plug and play installation.

Quality:
Unfortunately, a side by side comparison with the factory lights reveals glaring quality differences. The plastic molds are significantly rougher and less precise.

The adjustment screw has a cheaper look and feel than on the factory unit, and indeed, one was not working at all.

After a rain the following week, the unit with the broken adjustment screw was half filled with water. The lens seal seemed sound, so it appears the rear bulb covers were the culprit. Side by side, there is a striking difference. The aftermarket covers are shallow, flimsy and have wide grooves that don't seat or seal tightly. The factory seals have deeper, narrower grooves and are made of a thicker, stronger rubber. I'd recommend transferring your factory bulb covers, or ordering new factory ones.

The lens is clear and reflection and illumination seems to be about equal with the factory units. Light dispersion seems to be a bit more scattered, however.

Service:
Luckily, the seller was easy to work with. I was told to email him photos of the problem and the label on the unit and in a couple days a new unit was at my doorstep with a functioning adjustment screw and no leaks. The seller did not require I send back the defective unit.

After a few months, we decided to go back to factory units ordered from an online GM supplier. If you often drive at night or in inclement weather, I strongly recommend you stick with facto ry units. If price is the driving factor, these aftermarket units will get the job done (if they arrive in working condition).
