Replaced old gray lens

I purchased these headlights to replace my old grayed out lights for my 2006 chevy silverado,it cost as much to have someone to clear the old lens as it is to just to replace the lens with new ones. AMAZON ROCKS....keep up the good service and providing great products.

Nice Lights

Replaced some seriously glazed over headlight lenses. Great improvement. Only issue is that one was broken when received. They replaced it with no problem after I sent back the broken one but I still got stuck with the return postage. Consequently what was the best price for the product was no longer the case. In their defense, it appears as though the break (broken mounting tab) could have occurred at the factory when it was originally packed. Since it was a factory sealed product, the vendor probably did not open it or check it before they shipped it to me. Bottom line, still happy with the purchase and would still recommend the vendor.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT

Have emailed customer service support 12 times and called cann't talk to customer service about problems.
Email takes 1-2 days, for answer, don't answer your question. Won't stand behind defective product sold.
I cann't even give a star rating for them. Better to buy locally than get run around.
How hard is it to work out a defective issue? I would tell customers to go elswhere if Ketech
cann't stand behind products they sell....When you tell 1 person how bad you are treated
word travels fast.
